We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed. We make no promise about the quality, price, timing, licensing or insurance of any provider, or that a provider will be available for your project. Any agreement for work is directly between you and the provider.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire has the license and insurance required for the work. Check licenses with the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission and ask for proof of insurance before you sign.
Calls
Calls may be routed to independent providers and may be recorded. See the privacy policy. We may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when calls are connected.

Cost ranges, timelines, permit notes and community rules on this site are general information for planning. They are not a quote, and they are not legal, engineering or financial advice. Codes and rules change, so confirm specifics with the Town, the County and your community.
